• When you book your tour package on the Website, you are making an offer to purchase the services in your order. We reserve the right to accept or reject any booking at our discretion. If we accept your booking, we will send you a confirmation email/message with the details of your booking.
• You agree to pay the price as discussed, for any services that you booked from us. The price of each package/service will be listed on the Website at the time you place your order. We may change the prices of our services at any time without notice.
• We accept payment by credit card, debit card, and other payment methods that may be available on the Website. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method you provided.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your booking from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your booking, you may cancel it before 30 days of the tour/departure date for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

The booking amount will be deducted along with transactional charges. You must provide proof of booking.
